Refund Policy

Every VertiAid order is protected by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of your original order date.

How To Request A Refund

1. Contact BuyGoods customer support through the order-lookup portal linked in your original order confirmation email, or visit buygoods.com/orderlookup.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.
3. Follow the return instructions provided by customer support.
4. Return all bottles — empty or full — along with the packing slip.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and processed, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

What Is Refunded

You will receive a refund equal to the product cost of your order. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital Bonuses

If your order included free digital bonuses ("Unbreakable Body" and "Crystal Clear"), you may keep these files even after your refund is processed. The bonuses are our thank-you for giving VertiAid a fair try.

Return Address

The return address will be provided when you contact customer support. Please do not ship returns to any other address, as this may delay or prevent your refund.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact customer support immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Beyond 60 Days

Refund requests submitted after the 60-day window has closed cannot be honored, regardless of usage. Please make your refund decision within the 60-day guarantee period.
